Question About Database Setup

Mass-Care currently keeps its membership and coalition information in a
MyMailList database. However, our primary database entry and management
person works from home, while the DB is utilized by a number of people
on several office computers. We're looking to move to an online database
system that doesn't lose us any functionality in terms of ease in
printing out mailing labels, searching and organizing our donor
information, and the like (preferably, we'd like to gain some
functionality!). We'd like for individuals from several computers at
different locations to be able to access the database through their own
front end, but maintaining the security and privacy of the content. We
do have the latest Microsoft Office Professional release, if Access is a
possibility. Any suggestions warmly welcomed!
