[Tech] Hourly cron emails.

I've been getting emails from the green-rainbow.org server every hour for
months.  I not too bothered by it, but it is a significant percentage of my
daily emails. :-)  I'd fix it, but my login doesn't work after we moved to
the new server.

The problem is with the /usr/local/sbin/periodic-snapshot script, which
gets run every hour.  It reports a "root: not found" message, so something
in that script is broken.  Google doesn't find anything about this other
than my earlier mention of it.  I also get similar errors from another
cron script at 3:30, 4:30 and 15:30.

Anyone want to take a look at this, or reset the password for "mack" so I
can do it?
