[Tech] [adcom] PLEASE solve this!

I updated the Adcom page to list the current Adcom members with their
email addresses.  Rather than give each individual's email address, I
gave their position's email alias.  I created one for each diversity
rep using their first name after creating the email alias.

If adcom members want their phone number listed, please email me with
what number you want included and I will update the page.

Next up, statecom.  well tomorrow, hopefully.
