[Tech] Supporter database cleaning finished

I have completed the merging & cleaning of the supporter database with
the last of the removal of duplicates by hand.  The spreadsheet it is
in safely on the server.

Before the upload of the data to the civicrm database, I will finish
the update of civicrm this week.  I hope to have the database ready
sometime this week.

Then the task will be complete and I will, hopefully be able to get more sleep.
