[Tech] [statecom] Reminder about minutes and the bylaws

Hi John,

Until such time we have a simple way to upload minutes to a
committee's web space (Note Tech committee: which should be in the
plan for our new site) all we have now is to post minutes of
subcommittee meeting minutes to the working committee email list of
which that subcommittee is a part of. This DOES get it on the web
site in that ALL of our lists are archived so anyone can go and see
the mintues.

So please simply post the minutes to the appropriate list. It
shouldn't be hard if you have them. If you are not on the list for
the committee that is the parent of the subcommittee, the list admin
will see that is is minutes for the subcommittee. You might want to
put in the subject:

Subcommittee XYZZY minutes for date mm/dd/yyyy

Thanks for all your minute taking and work.

Peace,
Dan
