[Tech] Cleaning up the logs doc on the server, please review

I wrote a doc on the server in /usr/local/doc called
cleaningTheLogs.txt that lists commands to clean up the logs.  I would
appreciate it if others would look it over and see if there are any
other logs I am missing.
