The spammers are back putting stuff in the statecom meeting proposal
boards.  I deleted all the spam back to the start of 2006 and made
every proposal board that is not the most current moderated for
postings and comments.  That may dissuade them at least and make it
easier to delete them.

I only one in tech's board.

Don't know if Dan cleaned anything else, but it looks like disk usage
might actually declined.

To keep an eye on this stuff, when you go into the manage interface,
choose the Undo tab and it will display all of the additions for the
site.
