[Tech] Please verify that you can visit the following new GRP sites

When I was cleaning out the demo users, I think I deleted both you and
Bill from civicrm's contacts.    According to:

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/Synchronize+Users+to+Contacts

You should be able to login (or logout and then login if already
logged in) and have civicrm create a new civicrm contact record.
Please try that and tell me if

1)  The contact record gets created

2)  You can view the register page.
