[Tech] Move to new server...

I meant to bring up at the adcom meeting the timing of moving to our  
new server. At this point, i can't see wanting to start until after  
Dec 6th at the earliest so as to not interfere with our presidential  
candidates and getting. Then there is the fundraising for newsletter,  
etc.

The question remains. When is a good time for the move? The server  
would be down for at least a day if not more if we ran into issues,  
which we could.
