Thanks!  You both have valid concerns and those need to be brought up
as part of the discussion.  I will point out that to some degree the
bridge is already doing this, albeit through an editorial process.

One way to reach out to supporters is to know who they are and I have
been working with the help of a small number of others on making a
party database (with phone numbers and addresses) available over the
web for locals, committees and activists.  The way we reach out to
people is to call them or drop by their home.  Hopefully, having a
shared database will do that.  Subsets of this data have been given to
our local campaigns and updates will make their way back to the
database.

I don't believe that we have any ground rules for how we expect people
to treat each other on the lists.  We are trying to establish them for
the blogs.  Perhaps the lists need such rules.
