1st, quick question.  what is the status of the hardware search and
are there notes from the last meeting?

Here is the status of a few things on my plate:

1.  I ordered a skype speaker phone for the next meeting.

2.  Speaking of next meeting, I believe the next meeting in Sat. April 7th, yes?

3.  Have been merging in new database records, hope to be done by next week.

4.  More research on CiviCRM, though I haven't installed it yet.

5.  Talked with someone at the GP of Canada about their use of
CiviCRM.  It may be an add-in to support voter contact.  Found:

But haven't yet found any code.  The page referenced a tool called
AdvoKit (http://www.advokit.net/).  I took a look at its schema:

and it seemed similar to ours, though the mailing address seemed to
have even more fields than the Commonwealth's.  I have sent a follow
up question to the GP of Canada to verify that this is the software
they are using.
