[Tech] Strategic Plan Working Group & Tech Stuff

Hi Eli,

My thoughts... statecom approved this process and committee.  
Committees get web site area and a list. If you want to check in with  
com director go ahead. More communication the better.

But then go ahead and make web public and make a mailman list called  
strategicplanning and make it a discuss list type (see doc).
