[Tech] archives for new Rainbow list

Hi,
I know that the archives do exist. But if you don't know the link,
there doesn't seem to be a place on the website -- as there is for the
other listserves -- that provides a link to the archives or for
signing up. I just checked again, clicking on "email lists" in the
left column and then on "all lists"; the Rainbow Caucus isn't there.
