The /usr filesystem is now 99% full, and we are starting to get space
overruns.  These look like various website activities are failing
sometimes.  Please clean up your home directories!  We should have at least
10% free on /usr, meaning about 1GB free.  Here's the list of all users
with more than 1MB:
