If nobody else will, I'll send him a note saying
Thank you for pointing out that although
our site tells some Green Party history,
the Rainbow Party history needs work.
I heard a kid complain that, unlike a regular gal,
Grace didn't get her hair done before going on TV.

PS: Years ago a journalist and supporter, upon hearing the new name,
called us fools and Communists and vowed to never donate again.
PPS: Roll call!
Anybody here from from the Rainbow side
or are we all Green like me?

This query bounced to me, and I don't know if it got to whatever address it
was originally sent to or not. Anyone want to reply to Milt?
I took a quick look at the site, and can't find anything that describes how
the Green and Rainbow parties merged in Massachusetts a few years back.
There is a "history" link under "Learn More", but it only talks about the
Greens. Could someone bring that up to date and add an explanation of our
name to the Learn More page?
I think this guy deserves an answer about the party name. I don't think
there's any reason at all to respond to his drivel about makeup and
contacts.

I know it's only a name but what the hell was wrong with just plain "Green Party"?
I mean, "Rainbow"??? What are we, like, six years old?
It seems to me that if you don't have no idea that this is as goofy as it comes you'll have no idea how to market a candidate. Which is evinced quite clearly in your current gubernatorial offering. Appearances, for better or worse, count for something and putting on some makeup and contact lenses doesn't make you any less progressive.
Pretty superficial I realize, but if you can't get people to listen to the message, what good is having one?
