Sorry, but I won't be able to make it tonight due to family holiday commitments.

Melissa, what does that mean?  There are 45298 records in the people
table.  That's a lot of paper to cull through.

I plan to perform the following db changes in early Jan:

1. merge in the Somerville data that we have from different sources
2. send the list to http://www.listcleanup.com/ to update addresses.
It costs $45 and I can put that up.
3. write a simple search interface to the people table for the web.

Would being able to search the database work or get summary data work?
 If so, then how does the membership committee want to search it or
what summary data would you want?

Getting phone numbers with 33%-66% accuracy costs another $150 if we want it.
