[Tech] Scheduling of Next Tech Meeting

Hi Everyone,

It was suggested last week that we reschedule the meeting for tonight.
I spoke with Dan and he's still not up to hosting a meeting.  Next
Monday is the Adcom Meeting, is everyone ok with having an in-person or
phone meeting on the 18th?

Can we all check in about whether or not that date is ok with you and
whether you'd prefer an in-person meeting or a phone meeting.  I'm good
with the date and either way is fine with me.
