Hi Abe and - - -,
IN MY OPINION:
Given the controversy and hype around the legislative compromises
being made and the inevitability of reduction in consumption of
fossil fuels, by hook or crook,
looking at the "peak oil" charts and the "timelines for reduction in
co2 emissions " there seems to be some correspondence. Now, barring
the unforeseen in world economic, environmental and other factoring
effects ( coal !!!! ????) , my interpretation is that the viable
numbers are "reduce co2 levels in the atmosphere from 385+ to 350-
ppm by 2020 " - - - what is realistic? What becomes real!
Do WE create and choose a path to travel or do we continue on this
path and accept our fate?
What visions do we share? What may we accomplish?
I don't know - - - just sayin'
