PROPOSAL: Change the Green-Rainbow Party of Massachusetts Bylaw 9.6 as follows:
9.6 Any Party officers elected by the membership at a State Convention can only be recalled by a Special Meeting of the membership called for that purpose. The recall of an administrative committee member elected by the state committee may take place at any state committee meeting. A vote of the state committee is required. Should the individual being recalled also be a member of the state committee, she will not be allowed to vote on this recall proposal.
