I would like to suggest amending platform plank 2.13 under section "Long Term Care" by addition:

To facilitate increased independance and mobility for people under long term care the Greens support mandatory minimum staffing legislation for nursing facilities, increased resources for rehabilitative services, and encouraging home and community based long term care services instead of institutionalization.
