Summary :
This bylaws change specifies the consensus seeking document that was mandated by the June 2001 Convention.

It will only need to be considered at the convention if the State Committee does not pass a similar modification in March.

  Attached is the addendum B consensus seeking document that is referred to in the proposal.
  
  Please note that this is also a draft. Dan Melnecchuk and Grace Ross (the authors) may still make changes to it.

  Here is the final form of the proposal as approved by the Green-Rainbow Future Committee meeting of Saturday, March 9, 2002.
  
  Attached as an HMTL file.
  
  IMPORTANT NOTE: The original Addendum A has been withdrawn. A link from the MGP website to the state election law website will replace it. Therefore, the consensus seeking process document is being renamed from Addendum B to Addendum A.
