Special State Committee Meeting

The special State Committee Meeting is scheduled for Sunday November 16th 2003 in Worcester.

The meeting time is from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Please come a little early so that we can start promptly at 9:00am. We can not start the meeting until there is a quorum.

Parking

You can park in either of two campus lots. One lot is between Beaver and Maywood Streets. The other is between Downing and Hawthorne Streets. You can look at the Campus Map to find where they are.

Meeting Schedule:

• 9:00am - Meeting starts
• 12:00pm (approx) - Lunch break starts - reconvene promptly 1 hour later
• 5:00pm - Meeting ends
