I have been examining eleciton doucuments in the City of Boston my primary problem is that precinct officers were not asked or required to account for Green-Rainbow or Libertarian ballots therefore I can not definitively know how many were used and in what precincts they were used in. The official results preport that 100 ballots were cast in a fraction of the roughly 250 precincts of Boston. I have attemmpted to identify those individuals and have circulated that list during Green-Rainbow meetings held in Boston. This has resulted in severial individuals comming fourth and noting to me that they are not on my list. Looking into these cases has lead to the conclusion that a substantial number of ballots were cast but not tallied at various precincts. So far I have doucmentation for the following(you will mote that these investigations have started with some of the higher profile members of our movement which will cause one to speculate that this is a glipse of a submirged iceberg and not just a mear 5% of anything):
Boston Ward 4 precinct 2
343 names counted as having voted according to the check in and check out lists.
330 Democratic and 11 Republican ballots cast according to the tape of the ballot scanner.
Therefore 2 ballots of Green-Rainbow or other type. (by inference because Green-Rainbow Ballots did not scan)
The Following are Green-Rainbow Party members marked as voted:
Columbus Ave
333#47 Sullivan, Daniel E
Yarmouth St
4 King, Melvin H
Boston Ward 13 Precinct 5
By my count of the check-in list 98 Democrats, 4 Republicans and 3 Green Rainbow marked as voted.
98 Democrats and 3 Republican scanned (the fourth Republican wanted a Democrat ballot and therefore went away according to the cleark's notes)
The following Green-Rainbow Party members are marked as voted:
Jerome St
9 Heichman, Michael R
9 Lennox, Clara A
Monadnock St
41#2 Jones, Karl
Because the precinct officers did not talley these ballots a cort order will be needed to break their seal and have them counted.
As I noted before these have come to my attention because they are very active and prominent members of the movement. They represent already 5% over and avove the preported "official results" in only 2 of the sofar unexamined precincts. At this time about 200 precints in Boston have not been examined.
