How to add a statecom meeting to the site based on having the date and location of the meeting.

NOTE: With these instructions i have started to have the per meeting folder in the "meetings" folder under "StateCom".

1) Login to Zope.
2) Go to "StateCom" folder
3) View Folder Contents
4) Go to "meetings" folder
5) Duplicate the "YYYYSEASON" template folder
6) Rename appropriately
7) edit the folder object to change the title
8) edit the index_html object to fill in the blanks (date, location, link to proposals, etc)
9) go into manange mode
10) go to the folder you just made and in there is a "Squishdot" object -- go in there
11) edit the index_html object to fill in the blanks (dates)
12) goto the "Properties" tab and edit the "Title" and "RSS Title" to have the right name
13) go to the /StateCom/Sessions folder and edit the current session html file and put in a link to the new meeting and proposals

That should do it. It worked for me.
