Hi All,

Ive taken care of this. I created an Amherst-announce and Amherst-discuss list, setting Rob as the admin for both. I also applied the standard configs. (Aram, Mack, I found my notes from the original meeting. Phew.)

This makes it all the more important that someone with root login and run `newaliases` ASAP.
