Tentative Agenda for Joint Committees meeting on 7/12/03

1.	Introductions (10 minutes)

2.	Select facilitator, stacker, minutes taker, time keeper, 
          etc. (5 minutes)

3.      Review of Agenda, Additions, Subtractions (5 minutes)

4.      Review Electoral Strategic Plan and goals (20 minutes)

5.      Breakup into groups to define goals for each committee
          or how to carry out existing goals (20 minutes)

          The candidate development committee can set the 
          date/location for next monthly meeting here.

6.      Break (5 minutes)

7.	Reconvene as one group to review goals enumerated
          and define tasks/documents to complete and date by
          which to complete them (65 minutes)

8.      Meeting Review (10 minutes)
