Tentative Agenda for the 5/10/03 meeting

Please note that the meeting will be on Saturday, 5/10/03 and not Saturday, 5/3/03.  

It will start at 1pm and It will be at the religious education center of St. Edward the Confessor church on 10 Church Street in Westminster.  See the web site for directions.

Tentative Agenda for Candidate Development and Legal Committee meeting on 5/10/03

1.	Introductions (5 minutes)

2.	Review of Agenda, Additions, Subtractions (5 minutes)

3.	Set date/location for next monthly meeting (5 minutes)

4.	Review of previous two meeting notes (10 minutes)

5.	Subcommittee Reports (10 minutes)

o	Status of 2003 candidates
o	2004 Target List Development

6.	Activist Debriefing Document (20 minutes)

Scott and Rob will present one document that combines both western ma/eastern ma documents and the report by the state wide candidates.  All three documents are at:

7.	Define tasks we need to complete by the June party convention and who will take on what (30 minutes)

Possible items to present there are:

o	Local presidential convention process
o	Strategic Vision/Goals for 2004
o	Trainings/Breakout sessions such as:

	o  Moving the Green agenda forward in local office
	o  So you're thinking of running for office (Session A, we talked about)

8.	Strategic Vision/Goals for 2004 and Beyond Discussion (60 minutes)
