Budget Process
In order to implement this philosophy (see above), the GRP state committee
approved a new budgetary process in Sept 2002 and has modified it a number
of times since then.

Reimbursement and In Kind DonationsIf you spend your own money on goods or services that has been approved by the party and you want to get reimbursed, you will need to provide a copy of the receipt along with a filled out Reimbursement Form available below.

An In Kind donation is when someone spends money for goods or services that are for the party, but does not want to be reimbursed. State and federal law dictates that we must track and report these amounts. Please fill out an In Kind Donation Form and send in along with a copy of the receipt.
