We're happy to invite you to the free quadrennial Green-Rainbow Party (GRP) Regional Conventions for your GRP Convention Region (regions 3, 5 and 6). This will be held virtually, via Zoom video conference on Friday, April 5, 2024, commencing at 7:00 p.m. All GRP members and supporters are welcome to attend our regional convention and we especially welcome new members.

Our agenda's one item is the election of GRP State Committee Members.

Any GRP member is entitled to run for State Committee as a member or alternate. As a GRP State Committee Member, one is required to attend most of the GRP State Committee meetings which occur over zoom four times per year and join a GRP working committee (if not already a member of a GRP or GPUS working committee, a co-chair of a GRP chapter, a candidate for office, an officer of the GRP, or elected to political office in Massachusetts). To be eligible to run for the GRP State Committee, one must be either 1) Registered to Vote in MA under the political designation Green-Rainbow (J) OR 2) Registered to Vote in MA as unenrolled and be a dues paying member of the GRP. The term for a GRP State Committee Member is four years, with the first meeting of the new term taking place on Saturday, April 13, 2024.

To run for our Green-Rainbow State Committee, please state this during the meeting, and explain your relevent interest, training, experience and abilities then.
